COSMETIC CASTING

CAST-IN TUBES, LOOSE PIECE, STEEL INSERTS

When straight core pulls are not feasible and can’t be used to define internal passages, such as lubrication or cooling channels, we provide cast-in tube solutions with great freedom of design and the possibility to cast in mass production highly complex design geometries including complicated undercuts and internal passages.​

Inserts can be cast into the part. Hollow tubes, threaded inserts to fill out bosses, engine bore liners, loose piece and cast-in tubes.​

Compared to the conventional die casting methods it has multiple advantages.​ Machining process elimination​ high pressure channel without leakages, (porosity issues)​ Convert Sand cast process into HPDC​
